Boxers win first NWC set in 3-1 loss to Whitman

FOREST GROVE, Ore. – The Pacific volleyball team broke through to capture its first set in Northwest Conference play this season. But the Boxers couldn’t earn their first conference win, falling 3-1 to Whitman on Friday night. Playing at home for the first time since Sept. 5, Pacific got within 14-13 before the Blues went on an 11-2 run to take the opening set 25-15.
