Hilltoppers open Golden Eagle Autumn Invitational

CLARION, Pa. — West Liberty opened play at the Clarion Golden Eagle Autumn Invitational on Saturday, posting a team score of 415 (+127) in the opening round at Clarion Oaks Golf Club. The Hilltoppers sit ninth in the 10-team field heading into Sunday’s final round. Samantha Spearman paced West Liberty in the opening round, carding a 95 (+23) to finish 33rd individually.
