Pioneers Pack the Top of the Field at Chabot Twilight

LIVERMORE, Calif. – The Cal State East Bay women's cross country team turned in a strong showing in the 3K at the Chabot Twilight, highlighted by six consecutive Pioneer finishers from second through seventh place. Natalie Goumashyan led the way for East Bay, crossing the finish line in second place with a time of 10:52.38. Grace Veloza followed closely behind in third at 10:55.72, while Lowyn Pereyda was just five-hundredths of a second behind, taking fourth in 10:55.77.
