Addison Makun Recognized as ACC Defensive Player of the Week

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – University of Louisville middle blocker Addison Makun has been named the Atlantic Coast Conference Defensive Player of the Week, as announced by the conference on Monday. The sophomore averaged 2.33 blocks per set in road sweeps over Syracuse and Boston College to open ACC play on her way to earning the first ACC weekly award of her young career.
