Michael Reaves via Getty Images Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts was taken out of their game against the Chicago Bears briefly on Monday night after taking a hard hit out of bounds. Hurts appeared to be fine after the hit, which drew an unnecessary roughness penalty at Soldier Field, but officials still took him out of the game and sent him to the blue medial tent to get evaluated for a concussion.
