LONG BEACH, Calif. – Junior setter Madi Maxwell added to her growing list of accolades with Big West Defensive Player of the Week honors after helping Long Beach State to a pair of road wins to open conference play last weekend. Long Beach State now has a 10-match winning streak, its longest since 2014, and Maxwell recorded 13 blocks, 28 digs, 9 kills, and 46 assists in the conference-opening victories.
