McNair Earns First Career MEC Volleyball Player of the Week Honor

FAIRMONT, W. Va. – The Mountain East Conference announced Monday the winners of this week’s Volleyball Player of the Week awards, presented by The Health Plan. Frostburg State sophomore outside hitter Alliyah McNair is the MEC Offensive Player of the Week, totaling 35 kills in two victories. She set career-highs with 19 kills, 3 aces, and a .353 hitting percentage against Point Park on Sept. 22, then followed with 16 kills against Davis & Elkins on Sept. 25.
