Rutgers-Newark Caps Non-Conference Slate with 13-0 Victory
NEWARK, N.J. — The Rutgers-Newark women’s soccer team closed out its non-conference schedule in dominant fashion Monday night, rolling past Medgar Evers, 13-0, at Frederick Douglass Field. The Scarlet Raiders (4-1-3) scored 10 goals in the opening 36 minutes and added three more in the second half to secure the shutout victory.
