VB: McKay, Emerson earn LEC weekly recognition

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – A pair of Plymouth State University women’s volleyball players were honored when the Little East Conference (LEC) announced its weekly award winners on Monday. Sophomore Sya McKay (Somersworth, N.H.) was named LEC Women’s Volleyball Offensive Player of the Week, while junior Danielle Emerson (Biddeford, Maine) claimed Setter of the Week honors as the duo helped guide the Panthers to a 2-0 week.
