Burlington, VT — The University of Massachusetts mens soccer program (4-5-1) dropped a contest to No. 12 Vermont (7-1-2), 3-0, on Tuesday evening at Virtue Field. Early goals and strong keeper play proved to be the catalyst for Vermont. The Catamounts came out of the gates firing, netting two goals within the first six minutes of action.
