Blazers Rally Late to Earn Draw Against Tulsa
BIRMINGHAM – The UAB men’s soccer team battled back late to earn a 1-1 draw against Tulsa on Friday night at PNC Field. The Blazers (4-3-2, 1-1-1 AMER) found the equalizer in the 89th minute when freshman Diego Quevedo scored his first career goal to pull UAB level at 1-1. Quevedo’s goal capped a late push from the Blazers, who recorded three shots and two corner kicks in the final five minutes.
