Magnuson’s Brace Leads Tribe Past Campbell, 2-1
WILLIAMSBURG, Va. — Freshman Ava Magnuson scored twice in the first half to lead William & Mary women’s soccer to a 2-1 CAA victory over Campbell on Friday night at Martin Family Stadium at Albert-Daly Field. Magnuson recorded the first multi-goal performance of her collegiate career, scoring in the 24th and 31st minutes to give the Tribe a 2-0 halftime advantage. Sophomore Mia Abbey, senior Paige Seitz and freshman Ashley DeLeo each recorded assists.
