Nakao, Nakaoka Pace Beavers On Day Two In Colorado

HIGHLANDS RANCH, Colo. – Raya Nakao and Kate Nakaoka paced the Oregon State women’s golf team in the second round of the Ron Moore Intercollegiate on Saturday. Nakao carded an even-par 72 and Nakaoka posted a 1-over 73 to lead the Beavers on the second day of competition. A senior from Kaneohe, Hawai’i, Nakao had two birdies and two bogeys and is tied for ninth place with a 2-under 70-72—142.
