UNE offers strong showing at Keene State Invitational
Results KEENE, N.H. — The University of New England women’s cross country team posted an impressive sixth place finish out of 27 teams at the Keene State Invitational on Saturday (Oct. 3). The Nor’easters were the first non-NESCAC or NEWMAC finisher, totaling 209 points. Williams College (33), Bowdoin College (54) and Tufts University (138) held down the first three spots. First-year Marina Violette was the first Nor’easter to cross the finish line, registering a six-kilometer time of 22:34 to place 15th.
