Football Moves to 4-0

The Benedictine University football team moved to 4-0 on the season by rolling past Lakeland 49-13 on the road Saturday night. Benedictine forced a fumble on the opening kickoff and was able to take advantage with the game’s first score when Dino Stephens zipped in from 14 yards out less than two minutes into the game. Lakeland utilized a long drive to tie the game but attempted an onside kick that was recovered by Benedictine.
