Grib and Johnson Earn OVC Player of the Week Honors
BRENTWOOD, Tenn. – A pair Lindenwood women's volleyball players have earned Ohio Valley Conference weekly honors following strong performances against Eastern Illinois on Friday and Saturday. Dana Grib won her first OVC Defensive Player of the Week award after totaling 28 digs in two matches against EIU, posting a team-high 14 in each contest for an average of 4.67 digs per set. She recorded her 1,000th career dig in the first set of Saturday's match, becoming the eighth Lindenwood player in the NCAA era (since 2011) to achieve that milestone.
