Argun Reaches Round of 16 in ITA New England Regionals

CAMBRIDGE, MA - Siena Men's Tennis sophomore Mars Argun came through with a pair of tie-breaker victories on day one to open the ITA New England Regionals at the Murr Tennis Center on the campus of Harvard University Thursday. Argun, a native of Istanbul, Turkey, rallied back to defeat Lucas Rais of Boston College, 4-6, 7-6 [10-8] in the morning before rallying once again to upend No. 13 Justin Lin of Brown by the scores of 4-6, 7-5 [10-8] in the afternoon session.
