Ratkovic Earns Spot in Singles Quarterfinals

WACO – Rice women's tennis wrapped up day three of the ITA Texas Regional Championships on Saturday, with Divna Ratkovic advancing to the singles quarterfinals. Ratkovic secured her spot in the main draw with a pair of dominant wins, defeating SMU's Allie Bittner and Texas A&M-Corpus Christi's Kseniya Ramanouskaya by identical 6-1, 6-1 scores. In doubles consolation play, Ratkovic and Daniela Chica defeated Houston's Natalie Cinkova and Alexia Puiac, 8-5, to advance to the quarterfinals.
