McCarroll Tabbed SEC Freshman of the Week

After an outstanding pair of performances over the weekend, Arkansas setter Maggie McCarroll has been named SEC Freshman of the Week, the conference announced on Monday. McCarroll made her first collegiate start on Oct. 11 against No. 9 Texas and helped the Hogs keep it close with the Longhorns. The Austin native notched 50 assists in the match – the most for an Arkansas freshman setter since 2016 – and had 11 digs for a double-double in the 3-1 loss.
