Argos QB Chad Kelly full participant in practice after injury

Chad Kelly seems to be back in business. The Toronto Argonauts star quarterback was listed as a full participant in practice for the second day in a row on Tuesday after missing the team's last game with a hand injury. The Argos are coming off a bye week, giving Kelly extra time to recover. Nick Arbuckle replaced Kelly in a 24-17 loss to the B.C. Lions on Oct. 3.
