The 2026 Butterfield Bermuda Championship opens Thursday at Port Royal Golf Course. Defending champion Adam Schenk, seeking a turnaround after a difficult season, tees off at 6:57 a.m. ET from No. 10 with Austin Smotherman and Davis Thompson. Thursday’s TV coverage runs from 1 to 4 p.m. ET on Golf Channel.

By the Numbers
  • $1.08 million: winner’s check
  • $433,660: Schenk’s earnings so far this season
  • 6:57 a.m. ET: Schenk’s Thursday tee time
  • 1–4 p.m. ET: Golf Channel coverage
Bottom Line

A successful title defense could be especially valuable for Schenk: the prize would be more than twice his season earnings to date, while helping him recover from a disappointing year.
