Coppell vs Lake Highlands | Top-10 Cowboys Hold Off Resilient Wildcats

Ranked in the Texas top ten, Coppell faced a Lake Highlands team that refused to fold. Cowboys quarterback Carter Zingleman was a dual threat all night, connecting with Jackson Echols through the air and picking up a rushing touchdown to extend the lead. The Wildcats answered each time, with Franklin Evons Jr. punching one in on the ground and John Cothern finding Conrad Ince through the air, but Coppell's early cushion proved to be the difference.
