Women’s Crew Closes Fall Schedule with Runner-Up Finish at the Wormtown Chase

WORCESTER, Mass. – The Wesleyan women’s crew team turned in a great performance to close out the fall portion of the schedule at the Wormtown Chase on Saturday morning from Lake Quinsigamond. RESULTS Wesleyan’s Varsity 8 finished in second place overall out of 19 boats in the field, finishing runner-up to Holy Cross while the Cardinals beat Wellesley’s V8, which was coming off a runner-up finish at the Head of the Charles last weekend.
