Cowboys Place Two Teams in Top Four At Abilene Intercollegiate

ABILENE, Texas — Hardin-Simmons placed both of its entries among the top four teams Monday after the opening round of the Abilene Intercollegiate at Live Oak Golf Club. The Cowboys’ B team carded a 9-over-par 297 to finish third after 18 holes, while the Hardin-Simmons A team shot 14-over 302 and sits tied for fourth with McMurry’s B squad in the eight-team field.
