Passion Perez named GAC Runner of the Week

RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – Arkansas Tech third-year runner Passion Perez has been named as the latest Great American Conference Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week as it was announced by the league office on Monday. This is the first conference weekly award for Perez and is the first for the Golden Suns cross country program since Calli Beshore earned the honor in February 2021 (officially in the 2020 season, but ran in Spring 2021 due to COVID-19).
