BU’s Bednarik Suspended 1 Game

October 27, 2026 CHN Staff Report Hockey East has suspended Boston University forward Kamil Bednarik for the team's next game after a review of last weekend's ejection. Bednarik was giving a major penalty and game misconduct in the third period of BU's win over Connecticut on Saturday. Bednarik, a junior, is 2-3—5 in six games this season. He was a 2nd-round draft pick of the New York Islanders in 2024. It was the first major penalty of his career.
