Montana’s 2027 football schedule is set: The Grizzlies open at Weber State on Aug. 28, then play four straight games at home in September. The slate includes seven home games, five road games and a Nov. 20 home finale against Montana State.

By the Numbers
  • 12 games: 7 at home and 5 on the road.
  • 8 conference games and 4 nonconference games.
  • 19,500-plus season ticket packages sold in both 2025 and 2026.
State of Play
  • Montana’s four-game September homestand features Lehigh, Central Washington, West Florida and Cal Poly.
  • The Grizzlies play consecutive road games at Idaho and Idaho State on Oct. 2 and 9 — their first regular-season trips to both schools in the same season since 1974.
  • Season ticket renewals and new-package deposits are expected to open early in 2027.
Bottom Line

Montana gets a September home stand but faces a demanding midseason stretch, including back-to-back trips to Idaho and a road game at Portland State. The schedule ends with the rivalry game against Montana State at home.
