Lion Men & Women take ninth at Southland Championships

LAKE CHARLES, La. – Both the East Texas A&M University's men's and women's cross country teams finished ninth at the Southland Conference Championships on Friday. The Lion women totaled 215 points in the six-kilometer race for ninth, while the men scored 281 points in their eight-kilometer race. Anete Randma (Tallinn, Estonia) led the Lion women in 21 st place, finishing in 21:33.2.
