Junior Amilia Deane, captain and setter for the PPCHS junior varsity volleyball team, was named Jaguar of the Week for Oct. 26-Nov. 1. She balances athletics with AICE classes and three clubs while maintaining a 4.0 GPA, crediting discipline and time management for her success on and off the court.

Deane has not decided whether she’ll play volleyball in college. She hopes to coach or play recreationally, while also considering a future in dermatology or as an Air Force Medical Corps officer.
