Mavericks Drop Two to Hilbert

BUFFALO, N.Y. – The Medaille University baseball team squared off with the Hilbert College Hawks on Wednesday evening. The Mavericks were defeated in both games losing 0-8 and 4-13 GAME 1 Ashton Goring (Brampton, ON, Cardinal Ambrozic Catholic ) took the mound for Medaille as neither team were able to score in the first inning. Ean Pokorski (Amherst, NY, Sweet Home) earned the first hit for Medaille in the top of the first with a double down the right field line, with Nolan Pridmore (Toronto, ON, Etobicoke Collegiate Institute) adding a single to right in the top of the second.…
