McCrosson Earns Women’s Soccer Defensive Athlete of the Week

Syracuse, N.Y- On Monday, October 16th, the SUNYAC conference announced Madeline McCrosson as the Women’s Soccer Defensive Athlete of the Week. McCrosson earned her 7th and 8th shutout of the season as the Golden Eagles went 1-0-1 in two games last week. McCrosson made six saves in a 1-0 shutout win over Fredonia and came back with six more stops in a 0-0 draw against Cortland. McCrosson improved her record in net to 10-2-3, as the Golden Eagles improved to 11-2-3 overall and 3-1-3 in SUNYAC play. Women’s Soccer will return to the pitch at Geneseo on Wednesday, October 18th…
