Despite the loss, senior libero Payton Zophy set program records in digs per set, finishing the season with 5.57, and in her career with 4.61. Zophy surpassed the previous single-season record of 4.99 set in 2003 and the career record of 4.38 set from 2016-17. Plattsburgh State ends the season with a 12-13 record, while Geneseo advances to the semifinals to face SUNY New Paltz with a 13-13 record.
