Monile Named MAAC Rookie of the Week

EDISON, N.J. - Niagara University freshman Nick Monile has been named MAAC Rookie of the Week, the conference office announced Tuesday afternoon. Monile has been named MAAC Rookie of the Week after hitting .583 over three games for the Purple Eagles. He opened his weekend by going 4-5 in game one with two runs scored and three RBI. In games two and three he combined to go 3-7 with two runs scored and three RBI. The Tampa, FL native drew three walks on the weekend while having a perfect fielding percentage.
