Central women’s golf team slices score at Illinois Wesleyan

NORMAL, ILL.—The Central College women’s golf team shaved seven strokes off its first-round score but remained 15th in the 21-team Kathy Niepagen Spring Fling Sunday. Competing at the par-72 Ironwood Golf Course, Mackenzie Biggs (senior, Bloomington, Ill., Normal HS) fired a 76 to finish at 78-76—154, tying for 16th in the 36-hole tourney as she nears the end of a stellar career.
