Stan State’s Alfred Nunes Named CCAA Male Field Athlete of the Week

TURLOCK, Calif.— As announced by the office of the California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA), Stan State multi-athlete Alfred Nunes was named the CCAA Male Field Athlete of the Week. Nunes recorded four top 30 place finishes including capturing the pole vault twice at the Cal State L.A. Twilights and Cerritos Invite. Nunes started the week with a first place mark of 15-4.25 (4.67m) to capture the pole vault at the Cal State L.A. Twilights this past Thursday, April 11.
