Four Lakers Earn Winter GLIAC Commissioner’s Award

ALLENDALE, MICH. – The Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference announced their winners for the Winter Commissioner’s Award, and four Lakers earned the honor. Track and field athletes Myles Kerner , Erika Beistle , and Caleb Futter , as well as women’s basketball player Rylie Bisballe all earned the honor. Myles Kerner has been named a GLIAC Commissioner’s Award honoree for the 2023-2024 winter season. Kerner ended the indoor track and field season as the 2024 Indoor National Champion in the men’s shot put, throwing a distance of 19.31m.
