Carroll Suffers Setback Against Millikin at Home

WAUKESHA, Wis. – The Carroll University baseball team suffered a setback on Saturday afternoon, losing the first two games of a three game weekend series to Millikin University. The Pioneers were overpowered defensively, getting defeated by a combined score of 25-1 in the two games. GAME 1 Casey Mir went 1-for-2 on the day, scoring the lone run for Carroll after hitting for a double in the bottom of the fourth inning, the sole extra-base hit allowed by the stout Big Blue defense.
