For the Third Straight Week Faber-Cournane Wins NACC Pitcher of the Week

River Forest, Ill. – Senior, Kayla Faber-Cournane, has been named pitcher of the week in the NACC for April 15th – April 21st. Faber-Cournane made 3 appearances this past weekend and was dominant in all three of them. Her first start was against Wisconsin Lutheran where Kayla pitched 6.2 scoreless innings of softball. She only gave up 4 hits while collecting a strikeout. Kayla came in relief in the second game against WLC and shut down the Warriors so the Stars could make a comeback, and win the game.
