Jordan Ivy-Curry transferring: 5 landing spots for UCF guard
ORLANDO, Fla. (BVM) – UCF guard Jordan Ivy-Curry is entering the transfer portal once again after one season with the Knights.
Ivy-Curry began his collegiate career in 2020 at UTSA and emerged as a key contributor for the Roadrunners as a sophomore, averaging 13.9 points. The 6-foot-3 guard went on to play one season at Pacific before rejoining UTSA for the 2023-24 season.
Coming off a career year where he averaged 17 points, Ivy-Curry had multiple suitors in the portal last offseason and ultimately landed at UCF. The guard had a strong season for the Knights, averaging 13.1 points, 3.3 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 1.4 steals while shooting 40% from the field and 34% from 3-point range. Ivy-Curry saved his best performance for last, putting up a season-high 29 points in the College Basketball Crown championship game against Nebraska.
With a vast amount of experience and proven scoring ability at the high-major level, Ivy-Curry should be a sought-after guard in the portal as he looks to play one more year of college basketball. Here are five landing spots for Ivy-Curry.
