Eastern Oregon Pulls Away Late in 94–79 Win Over Northwest
LA GRANDE, Ore. – Northwest University men's basketball kept pace early but could not slow Eastern Oregon's second-half shooting, falling 94–79 Friday night in a Cascade Collegiate Conference road contest at Quinn Coliseum. The Mountaineers took a 38–30 lead into halftime before extending the margin after the break, shooting 69.2 percent in the second half to pull away late. Northwest showed efficiency on the offensive end throughout the night, finishing at 46.0 percent from the field and scoring 49 points in the second half.
