NEWARK, N.J. | The New Jersey City University (NJCU) softball team split a New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) doubleheader with Rutgers University-Newark on Saturday afternoon, 10-7 and 4-8. Game 1: NJCU 10, Rutgers-Newark 7 NJCU (4-23, 2-11) used 11 hits to plate its 10 runs to snap its 11-game losing skid.
