Watson in Fourth, Scots in Ninth at SLIAC Championships

The Monmouth College men’s golf team started the SLIAC Championships on Sunday while the women’s team finished their season at the Augustana Viking Invitational. Playing at the Far Oaks GC in Caseyville, Illinois, Monmouth is in ninth place out of 13 teams after round one. The Scots have a team score of 314 after round one, six strokes behind Knox for eighth place and fifth among Midwest Conference teams playing in the SLIAC.
