Packers sign CB Brandon Cisse

The Green Bay Packers signed CB Brandon Cisse (SEE-say) and claimed WR Brenden Rice off waivers from the Las Vegas Raiders. The transactions were announced Thursday by General Manager Brian Gutekunst. Rice (6-2, 208), a second-year player out of the University of Southern California, was originally selected by the Los Angeles Chargers in the seventh round (No. 225 overall) of the 2024 NFL Draft.
