Head Coach Ryan Blagg Named Golf Pride Grips Midwest Region Coach of the Year
LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Head Coach Ryan Blagg of the University of Louisville men's golf team was named the 2026 NCAA Division I Golf Pride Grips Midwest Region Coach of the Year, the Golf Coaches Association of America announced Tuesday. This marks just the second time that Louisville has had a Regional Coach of the Year honoree, with Mark Crabtree earning the distinction in 2007. Coach Blagg led the Cardinals to their eighth straight NCAA Regional this season and the sixth NCAA Championship in program history.
