Seven Hilltoppers Named To Phil Steele Preseason All-CUSA Team

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – WKU Football had seven players recognized on Phil Steele's 2026 Preseason All-Conference USA Teams, the publication has announced. The group was highlighted by wide receiver K.D. Hutchinson and offensive lineman Karsten Upchurch , who both made the First Team. Also representing WKU offensively on Phil Steele's Preseason All-Conference USA Teams were running back Ajay Allen on the Second Team, offensive lineman Tai Ray on the Third Team and quarterback Rodney Tisdale Jr. on the Fourth Team.
