Five Bison Selected to the MEAC Football Preseason Team

NORFOLK, Va. (July 20, 2026) – The Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) uncovered its 2026 Football Preseason awards where Howard University saw five Bison selected. The announcement came Monday afternoon. Four Bison made Preseason All-MEAC First Team: graduates Kedrick Green (Winston-Salem, N.C.) and Eden James (Indianapolis), junior Matt Conord (Lithia, Fla.) and sophomore Liam Allen IV (Sanford, Fla.). Graduate quarterback Ja'Shawn Scroggins (Las Vegas) earned a spot on the Preseason All-MEAC Second Team.
