UWF Chosen Eighth in UAC Football Preseason Poll

ARLINGTON, Texas - UWF was selected eighth in the 2026 United Athletic Conference Football Preseason Coaches Poll. The preseason poll was released during the UAC Kickoff Event in Arlington, Texas alongside the release of the conference Preseason Players of the Year and All-UAC Preseason Team. UWF received 33 votes in their first-ever UAC poll. The Argos are entering their first season in the UAC and the Football Championship Subdivision (FCS).
