Coyotes beat Bishop Alemany on last-second Hail Mary

Last Friday, August 21st, marked the Coyotes’ first football game of the school year. The Coyotes beat the Bishop Alemany Warriors 27-26 in a nail-biter. Wide receiver and UCLA commit Kingston Celifie started his senior year off with a rushing touchdown to give the Coyotes an early 7-0 lead in the first quarter. The Warriors answered with a touchdown of their own but missed the extra point, making it 7-6. Alemany soon scored two unanswered touchdowns in the second quarter, making the score 20-7.
