Toronto FC nearing loan deal for Colombian winger Alejandro Piedrahita: Bogert

Toronto FC couldn’t go the whole Major League Soccer transfer deadline day without at least one move. Tom Bogert of The Athletic reports that TFC are nearing a loan deal to bring in Colombian winger Alejandro Piedrahita in from Bulgarian club CSKA Sofia. The 23-year-old, who turns 24 on Thursday, will join the Reds on a year-long loan through the end of the 2026 MLS season and 2027 MLS Sprint Season.
