Formula 1 News: Leclerc leads Ferrari 1-2 in Italian GP FP1

Much to the delight of the partisan Italian crowd, the Ferrari team ran 1-2 in opening practice for the Italian GP at Monza. Charles Leclerc (pictured) in the #16 Ferrari turned a lap of 1m23.008s on medium Pirelli tires to top the session. –by Mark Cipolloni– Ferrari teammate Lewis Hamilton was 2nd fastest in the #44 Ferrari, 0.173s behind Leclerc. Both Ferraris are running with new engines with a 2nd ADUO upgrade. George Russell was the fastest non-Ferrari in the #63 Mercedes, 0.304s behind leclerc.
